Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PII Anomalyzer ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Southwest Management Technology grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on the number of devices specified by your subscription plan. This license is valid for the duration of your active subscription.

3. Free Trial

PII Anomalyzer offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. At the end of the trial period, a valid license key is required to continue using the Software.

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed annually through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. Prices are listed on our pricing page. Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

• • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software
• • Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
• • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
• • Share your license key with unauthorized users

6. Data Processing

The Software processes all documents locally on your device. Southwest Management Technology does not have access to, collect, or store any documents or data you process with the Software. You retain full ownership and responsibility for all data processed by the Software. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Southwest Management Technology does not warrant that the Software will detect all PII in all documents, that detection results will be error-free, or that the Software will meet specific regulatory compliance requirements. Users are responsible for verifying de-identification results before releasing documents.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Southwest Management Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Software or our website.
